IMPACT of Collaborative Relationships

At the beginning of a project OECC takes an active leadership role in developing a collaborative environment, creating a "can-do" attitude among all team members involved on the construction and development project. But, our Program and Construction Management Services do not end when construction is complete. We continue working with our clients, from punch list review and final inspection through relocation coordination, to ensure that things go smoothly even after the site is occupied.
